Refund Policy

Applies to: All services, programs, courses, and software offered by Risk Free Marketing Pty Ltd trading as AIPreneurs

1. General Policy

All fees paid to Risk Free Marketing Pty Ltd (trading as AIPreneurs) are strictly non-refundable, except where a money-back guarantee has been explicitly offered at the time of sale or where otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee (If Offered)

A 14-day money back guarantee may apply only if it is expressly stated at the time of purchase.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

- You must be a first-time customer of Risk Free Marketing.

- The request must be made in writing within 14 days of your original purchase date.

- You must clearly state the reason for your dissatisfaction.

- You must have completed onboarding and participated in a live discussion call with our team to share your dissatisfaction within the 14-day period.

Refunds will not be processed if:

- No money-back guarantee was offered or advertised at the time of purchase.

- The 14-day window has passed.

- You are not a first-time customer.

- Your refund request was sent via email but not acknowledged by us in writing (sending an email alone does not constitute a valid request).

Any approved refund will be issued minus any applicable merchant processing fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by us. This is in accordance with international commercial practices and applicable consumer laws, which allow businesses to retain unrecoverable third-party costs when issuing refunds, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Exceptions and Legal Rights

This refund policy does not affect your rights under:

- The Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

- Applicable U.S. state laws (e.g. California Consumer Protection)

- Canadian provincial consumer laws

If any service is found to be not delivered as described, defective, or in breach of consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including a refund or re-delivery in accordance with relevant consumer protection legislation.

4. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee (if expressly offered at the time of sale), you must:
- Have completed the initial onboarding process and accessed or attended at least one program component (e.g., orientation session, workshop, or online module), and

- Participate in a live call with a member of our team to discuss your experience and reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds will not be considered solely on the basis of written requests or email communications. A good faith discussion via call is required so we can understand your concerns and improve our services. If you fail to attend the scheduled refund discussion call within the 14-day window, the refund guarantee will no longer apply.


This Refund Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our Platform and Services.
